Todd F Stevens

Todd Stevens is a shareholder in the San Diego law firm of Keeney Waite & Stevens where he has practiced civil litigation, with an emphasis in probate, trust and real estate law, for 33 years. Todd regularly represents fiduciaries in contested and administrative estate matters. He has handled hundreds of multi-million dollar disputes and tried over a dozen cases to verdict before juries and judges.

Todd is a former President of the San Diego County Bar Association and treasurer of the State Bar of California. Todd has been selected as a California Super Lawyer since 2011.
