Aging Life Care Manager/CEO
Rebecca Montano, PhD, CCM, CRC, CMC, CDP, CMDCP is an Aging Life Care Manager and Eldercare Mediator with over 30 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities as well as individuals who are experiencing the changes and challenges associated with aging. Rebecca has a Ph.D. in Human Services with an emphasis in Geriatrics, a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She holds multiple industry recognized certifications, she an active member in both National and the Western Region Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association. She serves on several Advisory Committees for aging related programs.
Rebecca is not only a practitioner in aging related services; but she is also an academic, who writes curriculum and teaches at a collegiate and post-graduate level with a focus on patient-centered care, improved quality of care, innovation, and leadership. She is also active in community education with a focus on aging issues for individuals, families, and community members.
Dignity, individualism, advocacy, education, and preservation of value are the key elements in Rebecca’s philosophy of working with today’s aging adults. Leading by example, collaboration, and communication are the primary standards in Rebecca’s philosophy of working with her clients and other professionals.
